Shipping

All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates and destination. Standard shipping is available on all orders, and expedited shipping options may be selected at an additional cost.

We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.

For international orders, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding any additional time required for your local customs procedures. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If your item is a pre-order, production begins after your purchase and typically takes 2–4 weeks. Our client service team will contact you to confirm estimated delivery details once your order is placed.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any online orders.

Because each piece is handmade by skilled artisans, slight variations are a natural part of the design process and contribute to the uniqueness of your jewelry.

International Orders

For international shipments, all duties and taxes are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for additional charges, delays, or customs clearance procedures that may occur upon your package’s arrival in your country.

Jewelry Care

Each piece is handcrafted and plated with 24k gold over brass, designed to be bold yet delicate. To preserve its beauty and finish, we recommend the following care practices:

Store with intention. Keep each piece separately in its original pouch or box to prevent scratches or tangling.

Avoid moisture and chemicals. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products — these can dull the finish or cause tarnishing.

Handle with care. Always put on your jewelry last when dressing and remove it first at the end of the day.

Keep it cool and dry. Store your pieces in a safe, dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures.

Clean gently. If exposed to moisture or chemicals, pat dry with a soft, clean cloth — never rub harshly or use cleaning agents.
